Hydraulic system  can start, but can not reduce the pressure

Analysis:

(A) signal from the hydraulic power cabinet does not reach the control cabinet of the PLC;

(2) overflow valve itself has a problem.
 

Troubleshooting:

(1) Check the line, so that signal reaches the PLC control cabinet;

(2) Check the hydrau overflow  valve discharge gate is blocked or not .
 

 Occasionally hydraulic pressure is too low.
 

Analysis: Due to the pressing force, the exhaust is normal, just the occasional high instability, which can do no fault judging circuit side, there may be occasional instability or control the high pressure electromagnetic stuffy and occasionally there is a leak (most likely a festival carrier wear).

Troubleshooting: first check the air pressure system, then check the solenoid valve and the valve block.
