How to prevent unbruned brick machine mold rust

Since many customers buy the automatic hydraulic brick making machine,they would like to choose two or three sets of molds for making many types of brick production,to meet the market various demand, but if the machine mould doesn't change frequently, it will be in rusty condition,what should we do to solve this problem?

1.First of all clean the mould after been replaced,remove residual cement,to prevent the corrosion of steel .

2.After  the mold is dry, brush a layer of protective paint, isolated from the air with the steel.

3.Place the mould in ventilated and dry place, prevent mold from damp rust.

4.For the spring die four angle,it also need to properly preserved,because spring corresponding to each die is not the same,but it need to keep the same height,therefore they can match, does not affect the production efficiency.

5.The upper mold and the lower mold should be stored separately,to keep air flow fluently,moulds will not easy been rusted.
