Q:.Can we change the cutting sizes of the block as we wish or is it pre-designed size.
 
A:Yes,you can cut the block for whatever sizes demanded in your market.
 

Q:How to assure the initial strength level prior to cutting machine ( what is the range for strength to be maintain and how to measure same)
 
A:  This requires the accuracy of the mixing ratio and the finess of the mixture,what’s more,experience is also very important.
 
Q: What is the % of wastage at cutting machine 
 
A:     5%-7%.
 
Q: All the waste 100% recoverable or not?

 A: Absolutely,cutting waste will be recycled to the mixing tank for production.
 
Q: At what point adding the gypsum to mixer and how to control the dosing
 
 A: We need to put all the materials into the casting machine,and the oder is  (1) sand,(2) lime&cement,(3) gypsum&aluminum powder.There will be professional weighing instruments and equipments for every material to control the dosing.
 
Q: How to control / measure the water for slurry mixing
 
A:  There will be a meter to check the density of the mixing so that we can control water supply.
 
Q: Cutting machine – blade replacing frequency 
 
A: The cutting machine is using 0.8mm steel wire to cut the block adobe,it’s very cheap and durable ,you can buy it in your own country easily.
 
Q: What are the conditions to be maintained at static/pre curing area (covered, temp, Water adding????)
 
A:The curing of the AAC block will be hold indoor,not need to cover ,no need to add water,and the higher of the temperature the shorter of the curing time needed.Under natural conditions,it takes 40-50 minutes in summer and 1-1.5 hours in winter for the curing.
 
Q: Do we need to have any sieve (net/mesh) to separate larger particle after sand grinding mill
 
A:Not necessary,because there will be a sieve on the place of the ball mill head,those particles which not fine enough will be crushed continuously.

Q: How we can avoid sedimentation or solidifying at mixer tank, slurry storage tanks and pouring mixer  – do we have to keep empty tank or we have to keep mixing continuously)
 
 A:  Both of the mixing tank and casting machine are running continuously to avoid sedimentation or solidifying issues.Before the workers get off work,make sure the tank is empty .
 
      
Q: Soon after autoclave operation, every block having 25-30% of moisture inside. Can we reduce it by keeping blocks in open yard for 1month
 
A:According to our experience,the moisture of the block would be 10%,it’s enough to place the blocks in open yard for a week(7 days),1 month is a very long time and you need very large place to keeping the adding blocks...
