What Is the Standard Size of a Concrete Block?

Concrete blocks are cheaper and easy to build with. They are used for building walls and are heavy to lift. Sizes of block can differ sometimes but a standard size for a concrete block is 44cm by 10cm by 21.5cm. However, aggregate concrete blocks are typically available in two standard face sizes (length by height) of 44cm by 21.5cm and 39cm by 19cm. Other face sizes are also available by changing moulds.
