Is PLD batching machine a necessary equipment in brick makin

One of our customers was asking if it's necessary for him to use PLD batching machine in the concrete block making line,below is my suggestion:

1.PLD series concrete batching machine is a kind of automatic foreground batching machine matched with the mixer. It can automatically finish the batching procedures of 3~6 kinds of materials(second grade concrete) such as sand,stone,cement according to users' design. 

2.This series concrete batching machine adopt electronic weighing,computer control,digital display,cable remote control,which has the advantages of accurate weighing,high batching precision,powerful controlling function and easy operation, etc.

3.This series concrete batching machine can combine with the related concrete mixer to form combined concrete batching plant of different types and different specifications.

PLD concrete batching machine can improve the production capacity and reduce the use of labor,also this machine can mix the aggregates evenly so that the final brick will have high strength and good quality.

If customer dosen't need the PLD batching machine then they can put or delivery the raw material to the JS mixer manually,anyhow customer can have a choice by their own situation to decide whether the PLD batching machine is a must or not.
