AAC concrete block material ratio for 1 cubic meter block

Customer from Libya asked on 17 December:if we take 100 kilogram from the following materials :- sand , cement , lime, gypsum & aluminum powder , and mixing these materials how much cubic meter can we have after mixing these materials altogether?
Our answer is as below:
As to make 1 m3 AAC block we need materials as below:

Sand : 440kg

Lime: 130kg

cement: 30kg

Gypsum: 10kg

Aluminum powder: 0.4kg

So,to get 3.024m3 volume(the mould volume) after the expansion,please multiply every item by 3.024
